fashionette is one of the leading online platforms for high-quality fashion accessories in the premium and luxury segment. We combine technologies, such as our proprietary IT platform, with our many years of industry expertise to provide every customer with a personalized shopping experience.
Founded in 2008, we started with the rental of designer handbags before expanding our business model into an online store for fashion accessories in the premium and luxury segment; a development that has made us one of the leading online platforms in the DACH region in recent years and led us to our IPO in October 2020. 
With our curated assortment, we offer every woman the opportunity to choose the most suitable accessory for her from over 25,000 products from more than 300 brands. With products from the categories of handbags, shoes, jewelry & watches, sunglasses and accessories, we accentuate and complete every woman's outfit. Driven by passion, curiosity and the continuous search for the latest technologies and innovations, we aim to make personalized online shopping for fashion accessories in the premium and luxury segment accessible to every woman.

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the continuous performance measurement and analysis of the product range and recommend actions for the purchasing department
• As a Purchasing Controller (m/f/d), you support the purchasers in annual meetings and condition negotiations
• You support the strategic budget planning and regularly track the achievement of targets
• You are responsible for inventory management, replenishment and procurement optimization
• You ensure maximum product availability through effective end-to-end supply chain management
• You support the expansion of the existing controlling system, analyze key figures to increase efficiency and create reports and ad hoc analyses
• You coordinate and optimize ongoing supply chain processes and align them with purchasing, marketing and logistics
• You work on different projects simultaneously and give your input on process or system improvements

Dein Talent / Your talent

• You have a bachelor's degree or comparable education, ideally with a focus on business administration or controlling
• You bring initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail company
• E-commerce experience is an advantage
• You have an excellent understanding of numbers and outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Your independent and result-oriented approach sets you apart
• You are highly proficient in MS Office
• You have experience in working with reporting systems
• You are fluent in both Business English and German
• Your hands-on approach is a key strength
